Return & Refund Policy

We do not accept returns for change of mind except where required by applicable consumer protection laws. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns

Returns are accepted only where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, not as described, or where you have a legal right to cancel your purchase under applicable consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, where applicable, unworn or unused, with tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Unless the return is due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item. Items returned without first contacting us and receiving return instructions will not be accepted.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if your item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order. Returns will only be accepted where they are permitted under this policy or required by law.

UK & European Consumer Rights

If you are purchasing as a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.

If your order is delivered to the United Kingdom or the European Union, you may have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under applicable consumer protection laws. This right does not apply to certain goods, including personalised or custom-made products and other exempt items specified by law.

Where the legal cooling-off period applies, returned items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags attached, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
