Refund policy
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund, in line with UK and EU Consumer Law.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
- Returned with all original tags and packaging
To start a return, please contact us at info@eclectig.cymru. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for return postage costs.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if your item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
