This design centres on “Brenin y Gampfa” — “King of the Gym.” The graphic plays on that idea: a chess king, calm and in control, but quietly lifting something far heavier than expected — 5 sets of 5 barbell squats at 100kg, 3 sets of 8 incline dumbbell press at 32kg, and a steady run of 12 controlled lat pulldowns at 70kg. Bold lines, minimal colour, and a clean retro style that keeps it sharp. There’s a nice contrast in it — strategy and strength, patience and effort — all played out on a checkered floor.
