This design takes its cue from one of the most recognisable British adverts of the late 80s — the one that convinced a generation that milk and footballing greatness were somehow linked. At the centre is the unmistakable figure of Ian Rush - Liverpool's all time top scorer (346 goals), Wales' 2nd top scorer (28 goals). Here, Rushie's standing alongside a laid-back, giant milk bottle character, with both figures sharing the spotlight under the Drink More Milk heading. At the bottom is teh all important reminder of what might happen if you don't drink enough milk (you won't be good enough to play for Accrington Stanley). Flat colours, crisp outlines, and a slightly softened palette give it that printed-ad feel.
