Drink More Milk Mug - Retro Ian Rush Advert

This design nods to one of the best-known British adverts of the late 1980s — the famous milk campaign that somehow linked calcium intake with elite finishing ability. Front and centre is Ian Rush, Liverpool legend and record scorer on 346 goals, as well as Wales’ second top international scorer with 28. He is joined here by a relaxed oversized milk bottle character, both positioned proudly under the bold Drink More Milk title. The smallprint at the bottom gives the familiar warning: skip the milk and Accrington Stanley may be the ceiling of your football career. Clean lines, flat colour and a slightly vintage palette give the design a warm retro advert style.
