The word “Enfys” means “rainbow” in Welsh - a lovely, uplifting word for one of nature’s most cheerful sights. Because a rainbow depends on the observer’s position, the rainbow you see is formed by light reaching your eyes from different droplets than the one seen by someone standing beside you.
