At the centre of this design is an underwater scene filled with fish, plastic bottles and discarded rubbish. It's accompanied by teh welsh phrase “Mwy o Bysgod, Llai o Rwtsh!” (“More fish, less rubbish”). It's a short, direct message that doesn’t need much explaining. Cymru is home to a wide range of freshwater and coastal fish, from brown trout and salmon in its rivers to species found along its long coastline. These environments depend on clean, well-managed water — and when rubbish builds up, it affects all the inhabitants. The design keeps things simple and graphic, with bold outlines, flat colour and a layout that makes the message clear at a glance.
