Owain Glyndŵr is back from the dead and living life to the full. In this version, the last native Prince of Wales has swapped the battlefield for higher ground, shown mid-climb against a mountain backdrop. The skeletal form keeps the historic outline recognisable, while placing the scene firmly in adventure territory. The design follows a retro outdoor style, with bold lines and a balanced layout that would sit easily on an old climbing club badge or a well-worn patch. The pose suggests movement, but the illustration remains clear and graphic, so it reads cleanly from a distance. Glyndŵr’s name still carries weight across Wales, tied to the uprising of the early 1400s. Here, he’s just taken the long way to the summit.
