This piece forms part of a series of minimalist designs focused on well-known parts of Wales. Llyn Tegid (Bala Lake) sits in the heart of Gwynedd and is the largest natural lake in Wales. Long and deep, it is framed by open hillsides and has long been a spot for sailing, fishing and quiet days by the water. The artwork keeps things simple, using clear shapes and bold colour blocks to suggest the stretch of the lake and its shoreline without added detail. The lettering stays plain and easy to read, letting the name carry it. A clean, bright take on one of Wales’s most recognisable inland waters.
