‘Calon Lân’ celebrates a pure heart. We’ve put ours in the bath, just to be sure. This kids t-shirt brings a little bathroom karaoke to one of Wales’s best-loved hymns, with a red cartoon heart singing away among the soapsuds.
The design has chunky retro lettering, an old-fashioned bathtub and a shower head doubling as a microphone. On the front, a small left-chest print includes the words ‘Calon Lân’. The large back print adds ‘Dim ond calon lân all ganu’ - ‘Only a pure heart can sing’ - with sun and moon symbols below.
He’s working his way through ‘Total Eclipse of the Heart’, ‘Groove Is in the Heart’ and ‘Heart of Glass’, followed by Datblygu’s ‘Y Teimlad’. After that, it’s the Antiques Roadshow theme, by which point the water’s gone cold.
