This design forms part of a series of minimalist pieces focused on iconic parts of Wales. Llyn Tegid — better known in English as Bala Lake — lies in the heart of Gwynedd and is the largest natural lake in Wales. Long and deep, it’s framed by open hillsides and has been a favourite for sailing, fishing and quiet days by the water for generations. The artwork keeps things simple, using clear shapes and bold blocks of colour to suggest the long sweep of the lake and its shoreline without extra detail. The lettering stays plain and readable, letting the name carry the idea. A clean, bright take on one of Wales’s most recognisable inland waters.
