Langland Bay Mug — Gower Peninsula Minimalist Design

This piece is part of a series of minimalist designs focused on iconic Welsh locations. Langland Bay sits on the Gower Peninsula, known for its wide sweep of sand, low cliffs and the row of green beach huts that line the back of the shore. The huts form a key part of the bay’s character, standing in order above the tide and marking one of the most recognisable stretches of coastline near Mumbles. The design uses bold areas of colour and simple lines to suggest the curve of the beach and the outline of the huts without extra detail. The lettering remains clear and balanced, allowing the name to sit comfortably within the layout. A bright, straightforward take on one of the Gower’s most familiar bays.
