This design says a lot with very little - a goat in sunglasses, a bold pink question mark, and an expression suggesting quiet superiority. “Oes gafr eto?” translates as “Is there another goat?” Strange perhaps, but entirely traditional. The phrase opens the Welsh folk song 'Cyfri’r Geifr', handed down across generations with slight changes in tune and wording. From there it develops into a rhythmic, increasingly speedy list of differently coloured goats awaiting attention. Somewhere between nursery rhyme and administrative crisis.
