This design centres on the phrase “Dim Esgusodion!” — Welsh for “No excuses. Short, direct, and not really open to interpretation. The sort of thing you tell yourself before you start… and then again after 3×10 Bulgarian split squats, 5×5 deadlifts, and 20m walking lunges each leg. The graphic keeps it light: a cheerful weightlifter doing its thing, bar overhead, legs planted, no complaints. Bold lines, flat colour, and a slightly retro gym feel that stops it taking itself too seriously. It’s not about PBs or perfect form. It’s just about getting on with it — no fuss, no excuses.
