The graphic is kept deliberately simple: clean lines, a straightforward layout, and a quiet little rat sitting on top, which tells you everything you need to know.“Rhaglen Ailgatrefi Tystion” is the Welsh for Witness Relocation Programme — shortened here to RAT, which has a certain serendipity . It’s one of those coincidences that’s too good not to use.
