This design features Owain Glyndŵr skating along the Gower with Three Cliffs Bay behind him, sword and shield still very much part of the setup. He has the air of someone completing one final task before heading for a coffee. The style is bold and graphic, using clean outlines and bright flat colour. Historically, Glyndŵr was a Welsh prince who led a major rebellion against English rule, and remains one of the defining figures in Welsh history. Here though, he seems less interested in uprising and more interested in balance, momentum and a decent line through the promenade. Part of the ongoing Skeleton Glyndŵr series, where after centuries away he returns mainly to enjoy himself.
