This design is built around the Welsh phrase “A oes heddwch?” - “Is there peace?” The words are closely linked with the National Eisteddfod and the ceremonial traditions of the Gorsedd. Before the bard is chaired or crowned, the question is asked, with the answer “Heddwch” confirming that peace is present. Here, the phrase is paired with a simple geometric dove, worked into a circular peace-symbol layout. The soft green colour keeps the design calm and understated, while the origami-style bird gives it a clean, contemporary feel. A quiet nod to Welsh poetry, ceremony and the hope for peace.
