This design centres on an underwater scene filled with fish alongside plastic bottles and discarded rubbish. It’s matched with the Welsh phrase “Mwy o Bysgod, Llai o Rwtsh!” (“More fish, less rubbish”), a direct message that doesn’t need much explanation. Cymru supports a range of freshwater and coastal species, from salmon and brown trout in its rivers to fish found along its long coastline. These environments depend on clean water, and when waste builds up, it affects all of them. The design uses bold outlines, flat colour and a simple layout to keep the message clear and easy to read.
