This design sits within a series of minimalist pieces centred on iconic locations across Wales. Llyn Tegid - known in English as Bala Lake - lies in the heart of Gwynedd and is the largest natural lake in Wales. Long and deep, it is set against open hillsides and has been used for sailing, fishing and quieter days by the water for generations. The design uses clear shapes and bold blocks of colour to suggest the length of the lake and its shoreline without extra detail. The lettering remains simple and readable, allowing the name to stand on its own. A clean, bright take on one of Wales’s best known inland waters.
