This design is based on Solva, or Solfach, the well-loved harbour village on the northern edge of St Brides Bay in Pembrokeshire. Known for shellfish and coastal charm, it provides the perfect setting for this clean graphic design. A simple crab motif, bold forms and a softly retro palette give it a timeless seaside feel. Solva’s harbour sits within a narrow, sheltered inlet that has served boats and fishermen for generations. When the tide is in, the harbour wall becomes prime crabbing territory — bait dangling over the edge, buckets lined up, and complete concentration from participants of all ages. The two-sided format works nicely here: a bold back print with “Crancod Solfach” and the crab graphic, paired with a smaller front chest icon.
